| The visibility of Hong Kong has once again been brought down by heavy, yellowish smog since I observed on the plane en route back. Just now I read the news that the government is dodging its duty to clear the city's polluted air by adopting less stringent targets meant for use by developing countries, a green group accuses. I cannot help but wonder when the government will manage to take real actions to cope with the worsening air pollution. |
